The Renaissance Group Inc. (TRGI) is Ontario’s most dependable custom home builder. It was incorporated in 2009 with one objective only — to redefine architectural design and workmanship to provide honest and top-quality service to commercial, residential and institutional clients in the construction industry. Combining industry knowledge accumulated over two generations in the family line, two decades of Canadian experience and a deep appreciation for Eastern culture, Pablo Sergio established, and is the Director of TRGI. Born in Buenos Aires from an Italian and Spanish-French heritage, Pablo Sergio developed the passion for unique architecture, which he has been working tirelessly to bring to the Canadian landscape. Together with the young talent and free thinkers that he discovered and inspired, the cohesive team is the new industry engine fueled by unparalleled work ethic, client stewardship and creative potential.
TRGI is fully bonded, insured and a member in good standing with Tarion — Ontario’s New Home Warranty Authority, the Toronto and Mississauga Construction Association, Workplace Safety Insurance Board and Toronto Region Board of Trade.
In addition to its large residential client base in Ontario, TRGI has also served numerous corporate, commercial and institutional giants, including but not limited to Imperial Oil-ExxonMobil, CBRE, the Region of York, Spot Coffee Canada Limited and Metrus Properties.
